Have an idea but no revenue yet? Ask people to back you with seed money. This is patronage — a gift, not a stake: backers get no equity, no return, and no refund — just permanent public recognition on your supporters wall. An admin reviews whether your request is genuine before it goes live.
Backers are supporters, not shareholders. You receive no equity, no return, and no refund. Backing is a gift to help a founder start. Some founders choose to involve early supporters later — that is entirely the founder's decision, never guaranteed or offered by CollabStack.
CollabStack is operated by Rustral Technology (rustral.com), the proprietor of this platform. Rustral facilitates backing but never takes custody of your funds — your USDC goes straight to the founder's own wallet (see below).
Sign with your Solana wallet (signMessage). The signature proves the request came from your address — it moves nothing on chain. This is separate from contributing a stack to an existing revenue-sharing project.
